Monika Tyagi

Meet our research and development leader Monika Tyagi

Monika Tyagi leads our product research and development department. She has over 10 years of experience working in the field of health and wellness and is very passionate about developing new products that align with the company’s vision. She loves digging into research and exploring how plant-based products and other dietary supplements can be used as a preventive strategy to live a healthier and happier life. From a young age, Monika has wanted to work in the alternative health and supplement industry.

In her own words, “I am doing something that I absolutely love, and it is an exciting time to be working in the health and nutrition field. People are becoming more conscious and more proactive in their approach to health. They understand how nutritional deficiencies, stress and inflammation can invite chronic health problems. More than ever before, they are open to give diverse therapies a chance to be on track with their health goals and beat stress, depression, pain and other problems with the help of vitamins, minerals, herbs and antioxidants. And working in this exciting field has enriched my life and filled my heart with joy and gratitude.”

Monika strongly believes that a healthy diet and nutrition is the very foundation of enjoying vibrant health. She also understands that the right information about natural and alternative health therapies can help people make healthier choices that are sustainable, preventive and affordable. With this goal in mind, she also writes high quality and informative blogs that help our readers to stay informed, get answers and be inspired to live healthy. She finds writing on health topics very fulfilling and has also developed several small books on topics such as the ‘Dangers of artificial food colours’, ‘Dangers of artificial sweeteners’, ‘Truth about GMO foods’, and ‘How to reduce cholesterol naturally’.

She has done extensive research on vitamin C, vitamin D3 and magnesium and herbs, and written extensively on how these micronutrients and phytochemicals can be strategically used either on their own or in combination with conventional treatments to prevent and manage a wide range of health problems.

Monika has a master’s degree in chemistry, postgraduate diploma in journalism and a certification in Instructional Designing. Previously, she has worked with Accenture as a communication and marketing executive for more than 9 years, and with the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis (U.S.A) as a gallery interpreter.
